Urology Austin seeks a Clinic Manager to lead the North Market clinics in Round Rock, Cedar Park, and Georgetown. You will oversee daily operations, staff performance, and financial management while ensuring top-tier patient care in a fast-growing market.

Reporting to the Regional Market President, you will drive efficiency, maintain regulatory compliance, and partner with physicians and leadership to execute strategic initiatives across multiple sites.

Qualifications

Five+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership, preferably multi-site.
Strong leadership of clinical and non-clinical teams with problem-solving skills.
Experience managing finances, regulatory compliance, and EMR systems.

Responsabilités

Direct daily clinic operations across multiple sites to maximize patient access and provider efficiency.
Lead HR functions: hiring, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with HR.
Monitor KPIs and clinic budgets to improve cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality of care.
Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory and accrediting bodies.
Foster strong communication between providers, staff, and departments; present issues and solutions to leadership.
Identify improvements to enhance clinic operations and support strategic growth.
