Job summary

Cozzini Bros., Inc. in Chicago is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage multi-channel support for internal partners and external customers, delivering prompt assistance and issue resolution.

You will handle calls and emails, assist with order processing and account reconciliation, promote products and services, help retain customers, and collaborate with sales and service teams to improve response times and workflows.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
2–3 years of call center or customer service experience.
Strong communication, active listening, patience and time management.
Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with NetSuite ERP and/or Salesforce CRM is a plus.
Hybrid work from home/work from office schedule. Office hours may be required (minimum 3 days per week). Mon-Fri.

Responsibilities

Handle multi-channel inbound and outbound calls and emails; support field sales and service teams.
Document and resolve issues at first contact; detailed records of interactions.
Record and verify customer names, addresses, and purchases in systems.
Explain products and services; identify added service opportunities.
Engage with customers requesting cancellations to reduce churn.
Collaborate to improve daily support workflows and response times.
Utilize company systems to execute established processes.
