Job summary

Access One is seeking a Client Care Representative in the Chicago area to deliver phone-based support to existing voice and data customers. You will be the primary contact for inquiries, billing questions, service changes, and troubleshooting, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experience.

This hybrid role is 3 days in the office and 2 remote, from 9 AM to 6 PM CST, supporting customers via phone, email, and live chat while coordinating with internal teams to manage contracts and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, call center, or telecom preferred.
• Ability to manage difficult customer situations and solicit feedback.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments.
• Scheduling flexibility to cover shifts.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with clients to analyze current account information, as well as call flows and process service modifications or orders accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to manage contract administration, generate reports, and audit active services.
• Listen attentively to customer needs and ask targeted probing questions to fully understand their business updates.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks of varying scope while ensuring consistent, timely follow-up.
• Ticket entry and troubleshooting to resolve technical phone and data connectivity issues.
