Job summary

FusionTek is seeking a Technical Support Engineer II (Systems Analyst) to support multiple client environments in a hybrid role. You will troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and networking, provide remote and onsite support, and collaborate with a team to deliver high-quality IT services in a fast-paced MSP setting.

Ideal candidates have MSP experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage varied deployments across clients.

Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ required. If not currently held, must be obtained within 6 months.
• MD‑102

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated support requests and complex technical issues.
• Handle break/fix issues, installations, and user-level configuration changes.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, networking, server, and cloud problems.
• Provide remote and onsite support for client environments.
• Configure and support Windows Server environments; assist with Hyper-V and networking tasks.
• Troubleshoot and deploy SonicWall firewalls.
• Manage networking switches and access points; support Datto Networking.
• Support Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, Datto BCDR, SaaS Backup across clients.
• Mentor Level I technicians; escalate tickets appropriately.
• Document with Autotask and maintain knowledge base.
