Fulton Bank in Philadelphia is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to solicit first mortgages through Realtors, builders, and developers and to guide customers in selecting mortgage loans aligned with their financial goals. The role supports a hybrid work model from our North Broad Street location.

You will analyze financial information, advise clients on loan options, and ensure compliance while building a referral network that drives business growth.

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of residential mortgage lending experience in the local market.
• 1 or more years demonstrated ability to develop referral sources from contacts and relationships outside the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develops and expands referral sources to solicit first mortgages by maintaining relationships with Realtors, builders and developers.
• Assesses applicants' financial information at branch locations to determine loan eligibility and explains options and risks to customers.
• Engages in sales activity to cross-promote services and other financial products to outside referral sources.
• Handles loan paperwork, analyzes data, communicates with customers throughout the process and ensures regulatory compliance.
