The candidate will collect financial data, analyze credit, and recommend the best loan options while ensuring compliant processes and ongoing customer communication throughout the loan lifecycle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years residential mortgage lending experience required.
• 1+ years proven ability to develop referral sources from contacts outside the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develops and expands referral sources to solicit first mortgages; maintains contact with Realtors, builders and developers.
• Collects and analyzes applicant’s financial information to assess loan qualification and recommends suitable loan products.
• Engages in customer-specific sales activity to encourage business and cross-promote other services.
• Performs loan-originated work: analyzes financial data, follows loans through, prepares and completes required paperwork, and ensures regulatory compliance.
