Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4+ years of residential mortgage lending experience.
• 4+ years establishing referral sources outside branch referrals.
• 4+ years developing referrals from external contacts and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develops and expands referral sources to solicit first mortgages and maintain origination volume.
• Collects and analyzes financial information to assess qualification for loans and explains options.
• Engages in sales activities to attract clients and cross-sell services.
• Ensures loan originations comply with regulatory requirements and completes related paperwork.
