Qualifications

• 1+ years residential mortgage lending experience.
• Experience with building and developer referrals is a plus.
• Ability to assess financial information and determine suitable loan options.

Responsibilities

• Develops and expands referral sources by contacting Realtors and builders.
• Collects and analyzes applicant financial data to determine loan qualification.
• Recommends loan terms and maintains customer communication throughout the process.
