Qualifications

• Experience developing referral sources outside the organization.
• Must be able to meet regulatory requirements and comply with policies.

Responsibilities

• Develops and expands referral sources to solicit first mortgages with Realtors, builders and developers.
• Collects and analyzes applicant financial information to determine loan qualification.
• Engages in sales activity to cross-promote services to referral sources.
• Performs loan origination tasks and ensures regulatory compliance throughout the process.
