You will collect financial data, assess qualification, explain loan options, and guide customers from application to closing while maintaining compliance and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years residential mortgage lending experience in the local market.
• 1+ years proven ability to develop referral sources from contacts and relationships outside the organization.
• Bilingual skills (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develops and expands referral sources to solicit first mortgages and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, developers, and at open house events.
• Collects and analyzes financial information from applicants to determine loan qualification, advising on products and terms.
• Engages in sales activities to promote the bank's mortgage products to customers and referrals.
• Manages loan origination paperwork, compliance, and customer communications through the loan process.
