Job summary

Sprout Social is seeking an Account Executive, Mid Market to join the Sales & Customer Experience team in Chicago. You will generate new business within the Mid Market segment and act as a product specialist for customers, supporting global brands like Salesforce, Airbnb, and Equifax.

You should be data-driven, customer-centric, and capable of closing new business while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role offers a hybrid work model with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of closing experience in B2B sales (SaaS experience preferred).
• Track record of overachieving against defined metrics.
• Ability to work from Sprout’s Chicago office at least three days per week (Tue–Thu) with additional in‑office days as needed.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business within our Mid Market segment and serve as your customers’ product specialist
• Conduct outreach to independently prospected leads as well as those generated by a Business Development Representative
