ADP is hiring a Major Accounts Hunter District Manager, Mid-Market to lead strategic HCM solutions for mid-market organizations in the United States. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, targeting executives and business owners in designated territories.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, leveraging ADP’s broad product suite (40+ solutions) and a strong partner network to drive revenue growth and client success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales, preferably in HCM, technology, business development, or software sales.
• Proven success in consultative selling, B2B sales, and new business prospecting.
• Experience with outside sales to mid-market/enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined, protected territory and execute a top-down sales strategy to win new clients.
• Drive the full sales cycle—prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients by implementing a strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners.
• Collaborate with internal ADP partners to cross-sell and expand within current accounts.
• Engage with marketing, channel partners, and existing ADP relationships to build opportunities.
• Be a trusted partner who understands client challenges and connects them to meaningful outcomes.
