Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for members and external stakeholders.
• Support leadership and governance groups with meeting prep, scheduling, and admin needs.
• Maintain and update membership records in CRM.
• Assist with membership administration, financial processes, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, travel, and logistics.
• Support compliance, reporting, and administrative initiatives as needed.
• Provide onsite support for membership events, meetings, and programs.
• Assist with general office operations and special projects.
