Job summary

HOA Talent seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead condo association maintenance, budgets, and vendor relationships in Washington, DC. You'll coordinate complex projects, ensure SOP adherence, and drive client satisfaction within a fast-growing startup.

Hybrid role with on-site Dupont Circle operations and remote Mondays and Fridays. 5–7 years in management required, with strong budgeting and reporting skills to boards. A CMCA/AMS certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in property/community association management.
• Experience budgeting and presenting to boards.
• Vendor management and competitive bidding experience.
• Strong project management across multiple properties.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets; Google Workspace and Slides.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• On-call one week per month (rotating).
• Based in or able to commute to Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance, inspections, and capital projects from kickoff to completion.
• Prepare annual budgets and present to boards.
• Produce monthly reports and meeting materials.
• Lead annual meetings and guide board decisions.
• Maintain vendor relationships and competitive bidding.
