PURE Insurance in Charleston and Scottsdale seeks a Member Services Associate to respond to member inquiries by phone, email, text, and live chat, guiding customers through billing questions, policy changes, and renewals.

You will work a hybrid schedule with shifts across EST/MST time zones, starting at $53,000 per year, with overtime opportunities and a $500 monthly Exceptional Performance bonus after onboarding. PAID onboarding and home-office setup are provided.
