Job summary

Delta Community Credit Union is seeking a Customer Service Hybrid Agent (Decatur) to blend teller tasks with member service responsibilities in a full-time onsite role. The position emphasizes high-quality service, cross-selling, and accurate processing of deposits, loans, and other transactions.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1+ years in customer service or sales, and the ability to work Saturdays. Notary certification may be preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years’ customer service and/or sales experience.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and work accurately with numbers.
• Comfortable working with little to no supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to sit/stand approximately 8 hours a day.
• Must be flexible in relieving multiple branch offices and willing to work Saturdays.
• Complies with all Credit Union policies and procedures including those related to Bank Secrecy Act regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle deposits, withdrawals, and cashing checks with accuracy.
• Provide superior service and cross-sell Delta Community products with integrity.
• Educate members on mobile, online banking, Zelle and ATM solutions.
• Maintain balance and security of cash drawer and documents.
• Open, close, and maintain member accounts; process loan payments.
• Support management with daily branch operations and Notary duties when required.
