STV Incorporated seeks a Marketing Proposal Manager for our Transportation group in a hybrid format, located in Chicago, IL or NYC. Lead and coordinate pursuit teams to craft compelling responses to solicitations and prepare interview narratives.

You will manage timelines, themes, and content with designers and subject-matter experts, ensuring brand alignment and high-quality submissions. A bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in proposal management in transit/engineering are required.

• Proposal & marketing deliverable development — lead clean, compliant responses to solicitations.
• Coordinate marketing team efforts, including designers and junior staff.
• Develop schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices for responses.
• Collaborate with pursuit, project teams to weave sales themes into submissions.
• Prepare and coach for client interviews and presentations.
