Job summary

Link High Technologies in Florham Park, NJ is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to execute our marketing strategy, manage campaigns, and support lead generation as we grow our in-house capabilities. This hybrid role requires 3 days in-office and 2 days remote, with some local travel to events and trade shows within the region.

You'll collaborate with sales and leadership to build brand awareness, nurture prospects, and deliver content across blog, email, social, and digital channels for our IT/

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in IT, MSP, or B2B technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with digital marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms; experience with HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly.ai, or SEMrush a plus).
• Creative thinker and problem-solver who can manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable working in office 3 days/week at our Florham Park, NJ headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital advertising.
• Develop engaging content for blogs, social media, newsletters, case studies, and marketing materials for IT decision-makers.
• Plan and run events, webinars, and trade shows and follow up on leads (No cold calling).
• Support ongoing SEO efforts and maintain lead-capture forms on leadhigh.com.
• Track campaign and website performance, prepare reports, and surface insights to improve results.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership to align marketing and sales efforts and provide a cohesive prospect experience.
