Job summary

Link High Technologies Inc. in Florham Park, NJ seeks a Marketing Coordinator to execute strategy, manage campaigns, and support lead generation as we grow our in-house marketing capabilities.

You will collaborate with sales and leadership to build brand awareness and fill the pipeline with qualified opportunities in core verticals. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the Florham Park office and 2 days remote, with occasional local travel to networking and trade show events within the NJ/NY/PA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in IT, MSP, or B2B technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with digital marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media management platforms; experience with HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly.ai, or SEMrush a plus).
• Creative thinker and problem-solver capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable working in office 3 days/week at our Florham Park, NJ headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital advertising.
• Develop engaging content for blog posts, social media, newsletters, case studies, and other marketing materials.
• Help plan and run events, webinars, and trade shows and follow up on leads.
• Support ongoing SEO efforts and maintain content and lead capture forms.
• Track campaign and website performance, prepare reports, and surface insights.
