Entre Computer Services, Rochester’s trusted MSP, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to advance our IT solutions and services to new and existing clients. You will craft content, support campaigns, and help drive lead generation in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in IT or MSP.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media, and email tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Ads).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Support: Assist in development, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns promoting our MSP services.
• Content Creation: Help create engaging content for website, blogs, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Social Media Management: Manage company social accounts, post content, engage followers, and analyze performance.
• Lead Generation: Assist in generating qualified leads via targeted campaigns, email marketing, and outreach.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide strategy.
• Event Coordination: Support virtual or in-person events, webinars, and trade shows.
• Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on campaign performance using insights and CRM data.
• Collaboration: Work with sales to align campaigns with sales objectives.
