• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Coordinate events, speaking engagements, conferences and sponsorships.
• Assemble brochures, pitch books and PowerPoint presentations.
• Write and edit bios and social media posts; coordinate approvals and publishing.
• Assist with website content management and updates.
• Create and distribute branded email communications.
• Conduct market research for client and prospect meetings and pitches.
• Assist submissions for legal directories, awards and recognitions.
• Edit videos and podcasts.
• Develop graphics for emails, banners and video thumbnails.
• Oversee firm-branded merchandise selection, ordering and inventory.
• Help maintain CRM data and contact lists.
• Maintain client records in the experience tracker.
• Monitor shared inboxes and respond to inquiries.
• Provide general support to the marketing team.
