Job summary

Sargent & Lundy is seeking an Assistant Marketing Coordinator in the Grid Services group to support the Marketing Coordinator across presentations and marketing collateral. You will help respond to RFQs/RFPs, plan industry events, and maintain project history for submissions.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with three days in the office and two remote days. A relocation package is available depending on location, and a marketing/communications degree or related experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or 2 years of marketing experience.
• Experience with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in writing and editing (AP style preferred).
• Strong time management, attention to detail, creativity, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in preparing presentations and update marketing collateral.
• Help respond to RFQs and RFPs in a timely, professional manner.
• Plan and organize industry-related company events/conferences.
• Maintain project history, update profiles and descriptions for submissions.
