Langan is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Parsippany, NJ team. You will help prepare proposals, qualifications, and presentations, and support marketing initiatives across the firm.

You’ll work with colleagues across offices and time zones in a virtual and hybrid work environment to drive growth. You will collaborate with architects, construction managers, developers, attorneys, and other consultants to strengthen business development efforts and research opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field required.
• Internship or professional experience within the real estate, architectural, engineering or construction industry.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat/Reader, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator software programs.
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deliverables.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and editing skills.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities; and
• Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares, assists with, and tracks proposals, statements of qualifications, RFQs, RFPs, and other marketing collateral from concept through completion.
• Creates and edits graphic materials; prepares staff resumes and project experience information.
• Coordinates and supports the firm’s business development and marketing activities.
• Maintains organized proposal and marketing information; ensures deadlines and deliverables.
• Gathers information from technical staff and leadership to identify requirements and move initiatives forward.
• Collaborates with a geographically dispersed team across offices and time zones.
