Job summary

RRD is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the business development and marketing teams. The role involves data collection, database management, content posting, and project support across multiple offices, with a hybrid work setup.

The candidate will assist in research, client outreach, and preparation of proposals while coordinating with partners and practice groups. A bachelor’s degree and at least two years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Minimum of two years of related experience, preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is required.
• Strong experience in use of databases.
• Passion for and demonstrated adeptness for research.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with matter data collection for transaction practices globally.
• Update internal records, databases, and intranet content for department and partners.
• Assist with data submissions to legal directories and external publishers.
• Help track practice descriptions, representative matter lists, and bios for client outreach.
• Draft research/intelligence reports for prospective clients and competitors.
• Compile data for proposals and RFPs.
