Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing, proposal management, or business development.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services setting preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft, coordinate, and produce proposals, pitch materials, and RFP responses.
• Maintain website content, marketing collateral, and bios.
• Develop and edit marketing materials to support client growth.
• Conduct market, industry, and client research for BD.
• Support submissions for industry rankings and awards.
• Maintain client lists, case studies, and marketing resources.
• Assist with communications including website and social media.
• Help plan seminars, events, and client programs.
• Manage multiple projects with accuracy and quality.
