Job summary

Vedder Price P.C. in Chicago is seeking two Marketing & Client Development Coordinators to support marketing and business development across practice groups. You will work closely with the Marketing & Client Development team to manage proposals, content, and client materials in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a detail-oriented communicator with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines, in a hybrid-employee-friendly firm with a strong rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of marketing, business development or proposal experience, preferably in a professional services company or law firm. Legal marketing experience is preferred.
• Position also requires the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Drafts and produces marketing proposals and RFP responses.
• Edits and updates practice pages, marketing collateral and attorney bios; drafts key messaging for brochures and collateral.
• Maintains case lists, descriptions, and client lists for pitches, proposals and RFPs; tracks league table rankings as needed.
• Provides research support using subscriptions and databases; submits to legal directories like Chambers and Legal 500.
• Drafts internal/external communications and supports website/social media posting.
• Supports events team with seminars and event-related activities.
