Job summary

Cooley, a leading global law firm, seeks a Marketing/Business Development coordinator in Chicago. The role supports practice leadership across the Marketing & Client Development organization, translating objectives into plans and enabling campaigns with tactical support.

You will maintain marketing collateral, ensure CRM hygiene, coordinate events, and assist with large BU projects while collaborating with attorneys and staff. Hybrid in-office and remote work are supported.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing or business development in a professional services environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and iManage.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain practice descriptions, brochures, and digital bios.
• Ensure CRM data hygiene and accurate segmentation.
• Coordinate marketing kits and attendee materials.
• Pull reports on activity, pitch volume, and pipeline.
• Input matter details and credentials into the experience database.
• Track BU sponsorships and deliverables.
• Coordinate updates to partner biographies and external profiles.
• Provide support for large BU projects and Chambers submission.
