The role serves as a consultative client liaison, identifies needs, proposes solutions with rationale, negotiates with markets, and coordinates with producers and leadership. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, and travel overnight is required in this hybrid role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Six years of commercial insurance experience.
• Property and casualty license required.
• Experience marketing and servicing large commercial real estate accounts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel overnight.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate marketing activities on new and renewal business.
• Serve as consultative point of contact for clients.
• Provide recommendations with rationale with limited oversight.
• Negotiate with markets and respond to RFPs.
• Direct and lead mid-year reviews.
• Mentor and train account service team members.
