Job summary

You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers, coordinating activities, attending meetings, and helping install equipment, validate FAT/SAT, and ensure project tasks are completed on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Biomedical engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years of engineering experience; internships/co-ops acceptable.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to project environments.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers by coordinating activities, tracking action items, and communicating with cross-functional teams.
• Attend project meetings, assist with equipment installations, FAT/SAT and validation activities, and resolve technical issues with engineering teams and suppliers.
• Spend time in the office and on the manufacturing floor, learning the project lifecycle and progressively owning tasks.
