Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Industrial/Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years of engineering experience, including internships or co-op.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and willingness to learn project management, manufacturing processes, and capital equipment implementation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities and track action items across teams.
• Assist with equipment installation, FAT, SAT, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure quality standards.
• Spend time in office and on the manufacturing floor to support project and process understanding.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, applying technical judgment and problem-solving skills.
