Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Manager for the Risk Management Business Team in a hybrid role (3 days in office). The role leads data submission for CMS Risk Adjustment programs and collaborates across IT, compliance, and product teams to ensure accurate submissions and informative reporting.

The ideal candidate has a business/data background with extensive experience in data analysis, project management, and leadership, and can drive initiatives across multiple departments while

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analysis or related field with 10 years' experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.

Mansioni

• Corroborates with IT, compliance, legal, revenue management, claims, enrollment, product teams and other departments to maximize submission measurements.
• Oversees RADV audits, submits data timely and prepares executive reports.
• Develops medical underwriting rules reflecting rating strategy and revenue targets.
• Directs projects and defines performance criteria and objectives.
• Ensures day-to-day operations are supported by the Risk Management team.
