Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking Systems Analysts to join our IT Operations team in delivering business, data, and product analysis. You will work on requirements for projects, write SQL, and facilitate between developers and end users to ensure accurate, timely deliverables.

The role supports multiple levels (I–III) with growing responsibility in analysis, QA, and stakeholder coordination. Hybrid work options are available with relocation preference for certain offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1+ year of business or system experience for Systems Analyst I; 2+ years for II; 5+ years for III.

Responsibilities

• Read and create structured specifications (Technical Specifications, use cases, story cards).
• Read and understand design and business models.
• Writes SQL queries and reads data models.
• Serve as liaison between development team and end users.
