Job summary

Brown & Brown Insurance is seeking a M365 Senior Engineer to join our Daytona Beach, FL or Plano, TX team. The Sr.

Cloud Engineer will manage day-to-day operations and support of enterprise productivity and collaboration across Microsoft 365 and related workplace platforms, ensuring stability, security, and alignment with business needs. You will collaborate with infrastructure teams and Service Desk, provide SME guidance for Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, MFA, SSO, and drive deployment

Qualifications

Five or more years of Microsoft 365 cloud engineering experience.
Microsoft 365 messaging and Teams expertise preferred.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

Administer and configure Microsoft 365 and Entra ID services including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, MFA, SSO.
Resolve Level III incidents and service requests through ServiceNow.
Provide SME guidance for Exchange Online administration, support, and troubleshooting.
Develop and document design requirements for Microsoft 365 solutions.
Support adoption of AI productivity tools like Microsoft Copilot and Claude to improve collaboration and efficiency.
