Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required; AA degree preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in loss prevention, retail, or security.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners including law enforcement.
• Ability to work effectively independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances, exits, sales floor and checkout areas for theft or fraud.
• Identify dishonest behavior and engage individuals to prevent losses.
• Utilize CCTV and investigative tools to detect theft indicators and validate incidents.
• Document incidents accurately and provide timely reports to leadership and investigations.
• Collaborate with leadership and law enforcement to resolve theft cases and support apprehen-sions when allowed.
• Assist with trespass enforcement for repeat offenders per policy.
• Support follow-up investigations and coordinate with internal teams on major theft incidents.
