Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Logistics/SC Specialist to support Diagnostics Customer delivery across the Americas. The role is hybrid at RTP, NC with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm.

You will maintain SAP-based order data, coordinate outbound shipments, manage Track & Trace, and collaborate with Planning/Procurement to optimize inventory and KPI performance. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years in supply chain/logistics required.
• Experience with SAP MM/SD preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of SAP sales order entry.
• Coordinate outbound shipments to customers and manage import requirements.
• Manage Track and Trace to meet shipping requirements.
• Customer invoicing and SOX compliance.
• Oversee logistics providers including 3PL warehouses and freight carriers.
• Maintain SAP transactions for data integrity.
• Contribute to supply chain projects and cost savings initiatives.
• Collaborate with Planning/Procurement on inventory levels.
• Analyze KPIs like on-time delivery; support continuous improvement.
• Travel nationally may be required.
