Job summary

Grifols is hiring for a hybrid Supply Chain role in RTP, NC. You will coordinate outbound shipments, manage SAP entries, and drive on-time delivery for Diagnostics customers across the Americas. The position emphasizes data accuracy, collaboration with 3PLs, and cost-saving initiatives within the Americas Supply Chain Organization.

Requires an Associates Degree and 2–3 years in logistics; SAP MM/SD and strong Excel skills are preferred. Travel within the US may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience in logistics or supply chain.
• 2–3 years of experience in supply chain/logistics roles.
• Familiarity with SAP MM/SD and shipping documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with Diagnostics customers and internal teams.
• Manage SAP sales order entry and outbound shipments with carriers.
• Oversee Track & Trace to meet shipping requirements and data accuracy.
• Handle customer invoicing and ensure SOX compliance.
• Collaborate with 3PLs, planners, and procurement to optimize inventory.
