Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Logistics Specialist for a hybrid role based in RTP, NC. You will manage SAP-based order entry, coordinate outbound shipments, and ensure accurate tracking and invoicing to support Diagnostics Customers in the Americas region.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in supply chain/logistics, knowledge of SAP MM/SD, and strong communication skills to collaborate across multiple teams. This role may involve travel and requires attention to compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience in supply chain.
• 2–3 years of experience in supply chain/logistics roles.
• Experience with SAP MM/SD modules is preferred.
• APICS certification/Six Sigma desirable.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SAP sales order entry and oversee outbound shipments.
• Coordinate and manage outbound shipments to customers and import permits.
• Manage the Track and Trace process to meet shipping requirements.
• Customer invoicing and SOX compliance.
• Assist with the management of Logistics Providers including 3PL warehouses.
• Collaborate with Planning/Procurement for inventory levels.
• Perform ongoing analysis of Supply Chain KPIs including on-time delivery performance.
• May require minimal domestic travel.
