Zusammenfassung

Trescal is seeking a Logistics & Customer Service Specialist to support our Atlanta operations and Airbus RP activities in Mobile, AL. The hybrid role blends customer service, logistics coordination, shipping/receiving, and administrative support to keep customers updated and equipment moving efficiently.

You will work primarily in our Atlanta lab with occasional travel to Mobile. The role requires strong communication, organization, and proficiency with carrier systems.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in customer service, logistics, shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, or supply chain support preferred.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external customer inquiries.
• Provide equipment status updates and support service-related communications.
• Coordinate outsourced equipment service activities and track status through completion.
• Prepare purchase requisitions, customer quotations, estimates, and related documentation.
• Support customer invoicing activities as needed.
• Package and ship equipment to customers and vendors per procedures.
