Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Freight Management: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and liaise with carriers, suppliers, and customers.
• Systems & Reporting: Use D365, Teams, Outlook, and carrier portals; manage cost tracking and performance metrics.
• Cost Control & Analysis: Monitor freight costs; provide updates on logistics performance and cost trends.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align logistics with Sourcing, Client Services, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Sales.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead CI projects to improve service, cost, and operations.
• 3PL Oversight: Oversee 3PL partners and drive continuous improvement across operations.
