Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year with customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Load building, load planning and shipment tracking for customer accounts.
• Respond to customer requests via email and phone.
• Oversee day-to-day operations in collaboration with Account Management and Freight Audit & Pay teams.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues such as delays or missed deliveries.
