Job summary

Parts Town is seeking an International Logistics Coordinator to manage palletized shipments across the U.S., Canada, and international destinations. You will coordinate transportation modes, work with freight forwarders and customs brokers, and ensure compliance with trade regulations to deliver a world-class logistics experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, international transportation, customs regulations, and trade compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee transportation of palletized shipments to the U.S. and international destinations via ocean, air, truck, and rail.
• Collaborate with Import and Export Compliance teams to ensure shipments comply with trade regulations and company policies.
• Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders about shipment status and requirements.
• Partner with International Sales to develop logistics solutions that meet customer needs while optimizing costs.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation (bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, customs docs).
• Track shipments and resolve delays or service disruptions; provide timely updates and excellent customer service.
