Displays2Go is seeking a Logistics Coordinator based in Fall River, MA to support domestic transportation operations. This hands-on role involves coordinating shipments, communicating with carriers, resolving transportation issues, and ensuring freight moves smoothly from start to finish.

The position is hybrid with in-office days and remote work options. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in logistics, strong Excel skills, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, freight coordination, customer service, or related office environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and lookup functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic LTL, volume, and specialty freight shipments.
• Manage freight claims from start to resolution.
• Coordinate customer returns and reverse logistics, including carrier pickups.
• Review freight invoices for accuracy and obtain freight quotes as needed.
• Communicate with carriers and internal teams to resolve shipment and delivery issues.
• Track shipments and maintain accurate transportation records.
• Assist with day-to-day transportation activities and help ensure freight moves efficiently.
• Recommend improvements to transportation processes when appropriate.
