TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to manage lockbox processing, check deposits, and accounts payable for Access Corrections. This hybrid role supports on-site and remote work and reports to the Accounting Supervisor.

The ideal candidate has an associates degree or accounting experience, familiarity with money orders and checks, and strong Microsoft Office skills. You will handle data entry, reporting, and task coordination to ensure timely processing.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or relevant business and accounting experience.
• Experience in accounting tasks and processes.
• Recent experience with money orders and check processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Lockbox Program (money order and check deposits).
• Perform data entry for checks.
• Research and resolve issues related to lockbox processing.
• Process accounts payable for Access Corrections.
• Scan/deposit lockbox batches and related deposits.
• Maintain lockbox spreadsheets and registers.
• Sort and distribute mail for Access Corrections.
• Issue refund checks for lockbox/chargeback customers.
• Generate reports as requested by management.
• Support facilities with ad hoc reporting and tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
