TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented finance professional to coordinate lockbox transactions, process accounts payable for Access Corrections, and manage daily deposits.

This hybrid role offers exposure to reporting and process improvement within a respected corrections and hospitality industry leader. The ideal candidate brings an associates degree or accounting experience, solid Excel and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Associates degree or relevant business and accounting experience preferred.
• Accounting experience preferred.
• Recent experience with money order and check processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Solid organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate processing of lockbox transactions via customer checks and money orders.
• Process accounts payable for Access Corrections.
• Process refunds and overpayments checks.
• Scan/deposit all daily Access Corrections deposits.
• Maintain and create new and existing Excel reports.
• Sort, date stamp, and distribute all mail for Access Corrections.
• Issue refund checks for lockbox and chargeback customers.
• Research and reporting as requested by facilities.
• Prepare new and existing reports as requested by management.
• Various other duties as assigned.
