Northwest Bank is seeking a Loan Servicing Coordinator to manage servicing for small business and commercial loans, ensuring data integrity and timely processing. You will handle post-closing tasks, loan maintenance, and reconciliation while upholding high customer service standards.

This onsite role requires a Monday-Thursday schedule with Friday as an optional work-from-home day, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer service experience.
• 5-6 years of commercial or small business loan experience.
• Knowledge of commercial and small business loan products, credit policy, compliance and interpretation of legal and regulatory issues.
• Knowledge of loan documentation including the ability to interpret and make judgements from the documentation.

Aufgaben

• Complete new loan set-up, funding, and post-closing review.
• Post loan transactions for all product types.
• Perform loan maintenance in the core system as needed.
• Meet established service level agreements and benchmarks.
• Prepare and process payoff quotes and payoff transactions.
• Respond to customer inquiries with exemplary service in the established service agreement.
• Process loan modifications.
• Monitor and reconcile SBA loan reports and related communications.
• Ensure CECL data integrity and daily balancing of General Ledger accounts.
• Train new hires to ensure consistency in servicing small business and commercial loans.
