Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer service calls for loan products
• Guide borrowers and cosigners through inquiries, payments, and payoff requests
• Maintain confidentiality and security of borrower information
• Accurately record and document interactions and updates
• Track recurring client issues and system challenges
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations including FDCPA and bankruptcy laws
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve concerns
