Job summary

Cincinnati Development Fund seeks a Loan Closing & Servicing Specialist in Cincinnati, OH to turn approved loans into closed deals and manage assets across housing and community projects.

You'll coordinate closing activities, maintain documentation, and collaborate with borrowers, attorneys, and internal teams to ensure accurate compliance and timely reporting. Hybrid work with in-office and remote days, competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance; paralegal cert a plus.
• Minimum 3 years in loan closing/servicing or related fields.
• Experience with affordable housing or community development preferred.
• Familiarity with LIHTC, HTC, NMTC and housing initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loan closing across a varied portfolio including housing and community projects.
• Develop closing checklists and prepare loan forms and due diligence materials.
• Serve as primary liaison among borrowers, attorneys, and loan officers.
• Review loan documents for term accuracy and policy compliance.
• Enter and maintain loan data in lending systems; provide status updates.
• Support loan servicing activities and processing of ongoing transactions.
