Responsibilities

• Performs multiple loan operations activities including booking new loans, mortgage payments, and payoff processing.
• Reviews and audits loan setup data for accuracy in the loan system.
• Responsible for daily, monthly and bi-monthly investor reporting and remittance.
• Reconciles departmental G/L and DDA accounts and balances loan activity.
• Monitors escrow accounts and handles tax, insurance, and delinquencies per guidelines.
• Prepares complex loan modification documents and handles recasts.
• Trains new team members on loan systems and related processing tools.
