Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process routine financial transactions accurately and timely (loan payments, fees, escrow).
• Accurately book consumer and residential loans onto the system and maintain loan records.
• Assist with escrow, tax, and insurance support and with payoff/discharge activities.
• Provide courteous customer service and communicate with internal departments to support servicing.
