Compeer Financial is seeking a client-focused professional to join our Onalaska, WI team in a hybrid role overseeing client service, loan servicing and office operations. You will provide frontline support, maintain client accounts, assist with loan renewals, and collaborate with Sales to promote our loan products while ensuring accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-5 years of client service experience, preferably in a financial institution.
• Keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all documentation and processing steps.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline client service via phone, online and in-person.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and coordinate for office operations.
• Assist Sales Team in promoting Compeer's loan products and delivering excellent service.
• Provide loan servicing support, including renewals and document handling.
• Ensure compliance and resolve issues across departments as needed.
